Terms of use

These terms apply to your use of the WallArtDesign website and any enquiry submitted through our contact form. By using this site, you agree to these terms and to the lawful use of the information provided here.

1. Acceptance of these website terms

This website is operated by Astros Marketing (Pty) Ltd on behalf of WallArtDesign. The information on this site is intended for customers, architects, designers and homeowners who want to review products, request advice or make an enquiry for feature wall cladding, 3D wall panels and related services.

By accessing the site, submitting an enquiry form or using any content on the site, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or rely on any information published on it.

  • We may revise these terms from time to time without prior notice.
  • By continuing to use this website, you accept the revised terms.
  • It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

2. Information provided on the website

We aim to keep product details, service descriptions, images and technical guidance accurate and current, but the website is provided for general information only. Colours, textures, finishes and dimensions may vary slightly due to production batches, lighting, substrate conditions and the nature of decorative wall products.

Any advice on site preparation, acoustic performance, installation methods or maintenance is general in nature and may not suit every wall, room or building. Final suitability depends on the site conditions, the intended use of the space and any municipal or body corporate requirements that apply.

  • Always confirm measurements before placing an order.
  • Request sample matching where colour consistency is important.
  • For wet areas, coastal properties or high-traffic commercial spaces, specific product selection may be needed.

3. Enquiries, quotations and orders

Submitting an enquiry through our contact page does not create a binding contract. Any quotation, lead time or installation date provided by WallArtDesign is subject to confirmation after review of the project details, site access and product availability. A quotation may also depend on site measure-ups, final drawings, panel quantities and the scope of installation.

Where an order is accepted, the customer remains responsible for providing accurate site information and for checking the order details before approval. Once an order has been confirmed, changes to the layout, quantities or finish may affect the price and delivery time. In some cases, extra charges may apply for additional preparation, repairs or access difficulties.

  • All pricing is quoted in South African Rand unless stated otherwise.
  • Delivery and installation timeframes are estimates only.
  • Commercial rollouts may require staged scheduling and sign-off at each step.

4. Intellectual property and permitted use

All content on this site, including text, layout, product descriptions, photographs, drawings and graphics, is owned by or licensed to WallArtDesign and may not be copied, reused, altered or distributed without written permission. You may view the site for personal or internal business reference, but you may not use the content for your own publications, catalogues, marketing material or tender submissions without consent.

You may download or print limited extracts for the purpose of assessing a product or discussing a project with us, provided the material is kept intact and the source is acknowledged. Any unauthorised use of the content may result in legal action.

5. Installation, maintenance and aftercare

Where installation, maintenance or repairs are arranged, the customer must ensure safe access to the site, adequate working conditions and reasonable cooperation from other contractors. WallArtDesign cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incomplete wall preparation, hidden defects, damp, structural movement, power interruptions or access restrictions at the premises.

Products must be cared for in line with the maintenance guidance supplied for the specific finish. Incorrect cleaning agents, water ingress, heavy impact or unauthorised alterations may affect appearance and performance. In coastal areas such as Cape Town and surrounding suburbs, humidity and salt air can influence finishes over time, so correct product selection and care are important.

  • Do not install panels on unstable, wet or poorly prepared surfaces.
  • Report visible damage or shortages as soon as possible after delivery.
  • Keep installation areas clear of obstructions, loose fittings and pets.

6. Liability, third-party links and governing law

To the fullest extent allowed by South African law, WallArtDesign and Astros Marketing (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, project delay, incidental damage or any loss arising from the use of this website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The website may contain references to third-party products, services or links provided for convenience. We do not control those external resources and are not responsible for their content, availability or terms. These website terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any dispute arising from them will be handled under South African jurisdiction.

If you have a question about these terms or need clarification before submitting an enquiry, please use the contact form on our website.
